This morning ,a friend called up and asked,which ab crucncher to buy to reduce his waist.
I answered him....none!!
As an ab crucher maching does not reduce the size of waist .
At the most,it will tone up and strengthen the ab group of muscles.
And for that alos,you do not need an ab crucher.
Good old fashioned siut ups,curl ups and cruches are as effective if not better.
The only thing to reduce the size of the waist is to burn fat,by doing cardio exercises like brisk walking,joggin,swimming,cycling,etc..
And of course eating sensibly..
And strength trianing also helps as it builds up muscles..and more muscles means higher resting metabolism..so more calories are burnt at rest..
There are no short cuts or magic formula..
Lets face it..
